Eastern Chinese city lends a hand in Ebola fight in Africa

The Qingjian (Group) Co, in the city of Qingdao, Shandong province, finished producing 100 beds, on Nov25, for use in a China-sponsored, Ebola-virus clinic in operation in the city of Monrovia, capital of Liberia.

The clinic, which covers more than 20,000-square meters, has 19 prefab buildings, for inpatient treatment, an out-patient department, a training center, and a rest area for medical staff.

The Qingjian Group (formerly CNQC) was established in 1952 and now covers domestic and international contracting and investment, real estate development, capital management and logistics.
