Hot issues concerning China and Russia discussed at symposium

The 3rd conference of China-Russia Arctic symposium was held in Qingdao, east China's Shandong province from Oct. 22 to 23.

Trend of resource exploitation in the Arctic region, sea-route development and utilization of the Arctic and the Arctic security were discussed in a three-day symposium.

More than 20 experts and scholars from universities and institutes in China and Russia had in-depth discussion on the pending issues between the two countries including the North-East Passage and other hot issues at the 3rd conference of China-Russia Arctic symposium held in Qingdao, east China's Shandong province from Oct. 22 to 23.

The conference is sponsored by the school of law and politics, Ocean University of China.
