The State Administration of Press Publication, Radio, Film and Television recently announced the first 25 national demonstration units for digital publishing transformation. Qingdao Publishing Group is the sole elected publishing company in Shandong, according to the Qingdao Morning News.

Qingdao Publishing Group attaches great importance to the digital publishing transformation. It has established a digital comic publishing center and has developed three projects that are funded by the Ministry of Finance.
