Project Introduction: The Baishahe area, spanning 6 to 7 kilometers, is well equipped with vertical planting and recreational facilities, which will promote the area into a brilliant ecological park and make it a highlight in Pingdu’s ecological civilization construction.

Economic and social benefits:

The project will help to build Pingdu into a livable city with a favorable environment. Focusing on ecological construction, the project will present a riverfront landscape area combining housing, entertainment and tourism that will promote surrounding industries including commerce, education and medical treatment. In addition, the project will help to increase the land price of the Baishahe River. The Baishahe River has the best water quality, highest eco-cultivation value and highest commercial development value among all the rivers in Pingdu city. With its water coming from the Huangshan Reservoir, the Baishahe River runs into the Zehe River, with no enterprise sewage discharge. The water quality is up to standard in spite of the remaining few pollutants left by sand pump vessels. The banks along the Baishahe River are in good ecological condition with no former development, which guarantees huge land expansion potential and low land use cost.

General Introduction: The project construction area spans 6.3 kilometers from north to south and 1.5 kilometers from west to east, reaching Road 804 in the south, East Outer Ring Road in the west, and the east bank of the Baishahe River in the east.

Landform: The project construction area, which is located in the east of the Pingdu Development Zone, has no factories or villages, ensuring high water quality without pollutants.
