Japanese company plans to develop real estate in Qingdao

Li Qun, Party secretary of Qingdao, recently met with Saburo Murakami, chairman of Shin-Nihon Tatemono Co, according to People.com.cn.
Li hoped Shin-Nihon Tatemono Co could cooperate with local enterprises to promote energy-conservation, ecological and environmental estate development, and advanced management models for medical treatment and nursing.
Saburo Murakami elaborated on the progress of the company's projects in Japan and said that Qingdao’s landscape and investment environment were suitable for developing high-end tourism and healthcare projects.
