A nonstop air route from Qingdao to Singapore opened on Jan 11, the only direct route linking Shandong and Singapore. Roughly 203 passengers experienced the first flight.

Flights will depart three times a week on Tuesday, Friday and Sunday. Boeing 777-20 wide-body passenger aircrafts will transport passengers on the 6.5-hour journey.
