NETDA Xuhuacheng (Nantong) Specialty Chemical Co project goes into operation

The water-based resin coating project of Xuhuacheng (Nantong) Specialty Chemical Co Ltd was registered and approved by the municipal government and went into operation on Feb 11. Total capital invested by Xuhuacheng in the Nantong Economic and Technological Development Area (NETDA) increased to $92.59 million compared with the investment capital of $45 million in the first phase.

Xuhuacheng (Nantong) Specialty Chemical Co Ltd was established in 2005. The company has made great achievements thanks to its innovation, investment, production scale expansion and economic benefits. Based on its successful investment in phase one, Xuhuacheng aims to enter the world market of high-quality resin for high-end cars with an investment of $47.59 million in the second phase.

Water-based resin coating materials, also known as polycarbonate diols, are independently developed and processed by the company. Polycarbonate diols are in high demand in the international market due to their mechanical properties, water resistance, heat resistance, decomposition properties of chemical resistance, and age resistance.

Once the water-based resin coating project of Xuhuacheng (Nantong) Specialty Chemical Co begins operation, its capacity for high-quality water-based resin production will rank first globally.
