Ding Dawei, Party secretary, and Zhang Guohua, major of Nantong, visited the Economic and Technological Development Area to make an on-the-spot inspection concerning livelihood projects in the Xingyi Garden Residential Community on Sept 21.
On the same day, the municipal Party committee studied and supervised 42 livelihood projects identified at the beginning of 2012.
The leaders stressed that the development area should attach more importance on the demolition of arranged buildings. This year’s target to build 15,000 arranged housing units should be assured for quality and quantity.
At the second stage construction site of the Xingyi Garden Residential Community, Ding and Zhang praised the quality demolition of arranged buildings. They also pointed out that it is not only important to build quality housing units, but also optimize ecological environment and improve public service facilities. As a result, relocatees can have access to new housing which is comfortable and satisfactory.
