Another winter, I came to the riverside of Yishui River in Longmen, again, where the atmosphere is quiet and peaceful.

Standing on the Longmen Bridge all by myself, I felt like all the scenery here belong to me – that is, allow me to wander about, elated.

Mountain spring is seen in dense mists through the winter sun light. Hidden behind the green pine and cypress, statues of all sizes are embedded on the cliffs of Xishan Hill.

The Yishui River that runs through the two hills in Longmen, looks so quiet and calm.

I fell in love with the river during winter. Without the turbid waves typical in early spring, its quietness at this moment adds to it some mysterious charm.

Standing on the Longmen Bridge, I looked at the Yishui laying out in front of me, with gentle sunlight spilling all over. Then some passing boat sliced through the green glaze. It seems like the layers of ripples flow far beyond this place between heaven and earth, but over my heart as well.
