It was reported that the design plan consisted of a general outline and six supporting documents, which presented the defined implementation route and construction projects from 2020 to 2022.

According to the three-year design plan, the city will construct 29 major projects in the fields of infrastructure, data governance, security system, key application and construction, as well as intellectual support, building itself into a national benchmark for the application of big data in political and legal work.

In addition, a key laboratory was unveiled. The laboratory plans to gather a group of researchers, managers, and decision makers related to the fields of politics and law, providing talent support for the design plan.

The construction of the project has greatly improved the quality and efficiency of political and legal work since its implementation. Big data technology has been used to combat crime, prevent risks, as well as protect people's lives and property.

Statistics shows that the occurrence rate of criminal cases in Guiyang has decreased for five consecutive years and that the public’s sense of security has remained above 97 percent for three consecutive years.
