High-level talents in Guiyang, capital city of Guizhou province, may apply for a "green card" that offers 12 preferential policies, according to the Guiyang human resources and social security bureau.
The "green card" is not restricted by nationality, household registration and identity. It is suitable for talented professionals that have made great contributions to the high-tech field, economic and social development, finance and industrial technology.
With the "green card",talents can enjoy 12 preferential policies, including application for housing allowance, senior apartments and household registration; arranging for children to enter neighborhood schools; and enjoying preferential tax treatment and exemptions.
With regard to the application procedure, an individual must voluntarily provide materials and certificates to related departments. The Guiyang Talent Service Center will then conduct the first check.
