Environment improvement

The government decided to improve the investment environment for private enterprises through policy liberation, diversified services and stricter law enforcement and has earmarked every June for private enterprises benefit from special services.

Cost reduction

Administrative fees and some taxes will be eliminated by the city government to reduce costs for private enterprises. Meanwhile, labor and infrastructure costs will also be reduced considerably. In accordance with the national policy, the city government will implement the strategy of replacing business tax with value-added tax in all aspects.

Financing assistance

Preferential policies will be issued to provide convenience for enterprises to raise more funds. Risk compensation mechanisms will be set up to reduce financing risks for small and micro enterprises. Also, enterprises registered in Zhanjiang will receive government subsidies if they become listed.

Expansion support

The city government will dish out rewards to enterprises after scale expansion and provide constant financial support for the technological transformation of private enterprises.

Innovation focus

While carrying out the national measures to support technological incubation, high-tech cultivation and space creation for more public makers, the city government will increase its enforcement in intellectual property rights protection and continue to encourage more private enterprises to establish cooperation platforms with local universities and colleges.
