Oh Young-ho, executive vice-chairman of the Korea International Trade Association, was asked to visit the State Council Development Research Center (DRC) to share some ideas on upgrades at South Korea's industries and enterprises and to exchange thoughts with the participants afterwards.

The meeting was chaired by Feng Fei, director of DRC's Industrial Economy Research Department and had more than 20 people from various DRC departments and branches taking part.
