As the main functional branch of IP management, the IP Office of Hebei Province launched a “Spring Rain” enforcement action, which effectively attacked the violation of IPRs. In the action, IP Office of Hebei Province mobilized 261 patent law enforcement officers to check 69 specialized markets and trading place.
