Penalties for acts such as peeping, secretly taking photos, eavesdropping, or spreading the privacy of another person

According to provisions of Law on Penalties for Administration of Public Security, any person who peeps, secretly takes photos, eavesdrops, or spreads the privacy of another person, shall be imposed on a detention of not more than five days or a fine of not more than 500 Yuan; if the circumstances are serious, a detention of not less than five days but not more than ten days will be imposed on, and in addition a fine of not more than 500 Yuan may be imposed on.

10. The Penalties for Acts Impairing Social Management such as Arranging for Broadcasting Pornographic Audio or Video Tapes, Arranging for or Conducting Obscene Performances and Joining People in Licentious Activities

According to provisions of Law on Penalties for Administration of Public Security, any person who commits any of the following acts impairing social management shall be imposed on of a detention of not less than ten days but not more than fifteen days, and in addition a fine of not less than 500 Yuan but not more than 1000 Yuan: (1) arranging for broadcasting pornographic audio or video tapes; (2) arranging for or conducting obscene performances; or (3) joining people in licentious activities. Any person who is in full aware that another person is engaged in the activities specified in the preceding paragraph but provides conditions to him shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
