Weihai's 'rose avenue' blooms in second stunning display

Weihai's iconic "rose avenue" in the Torch Hi-tech Science Park is now in its second wave of blossoms, turning the 5-kilometer stretch into a vivid corridor of color. Roses in full bloom paint the road in shades of red, pink, and purple, drawing crowds of residents and visitors who stroll, take photos, and soak in the romantic atmosphere.

More than 200,000 roses — from climbing and tree-shaped varieties to compact shrubs — flourish along the central green belt, creating a living gallery of floral beauty. While the blooms in spring have long been celebrated as a signature "flower corridor", this second flourish brings a renewed burst of charm that weaves natural splendor into urban life.
