Shandong's Chengwu launches shopping event to boost consumption

Recently, Chengwu county in Shandong province launched a shopping activity to boost consumption.
More than 130 enterprises attended the event, displaying intangible cultural and creative products, local delicacies, automobiles, household appliances, and various other goods that attracted local residents.
To stimulate consumption and boost local economic growth, Chengwu county is focusing on the characteristics of local industries this year. Through a government platform, businesses are engaging in activities that benefit the public.
The county plans to carry out over 100 diverse and large-scale consumption-promoting events throughout the year. These events will cover various sectors such as industry, agriculture, culture, healthcare, and elderly care, involving over 1,000 businesses.
