Ne Zha inspires artistic creation in Shandong's Juye
In response to China's latest animated film Ne Zha 2, "Ne Zha fever" has spread across the country. Taking advantage of this cultural moment, Jinshantun village in Shandong's Juye merges the characters of Nezha and Aobing from the movie with traditional Juye Gongbi peony paintings (meticulous brushwork), adorning the village walls. This innovative fusion of traditional culture and contemporary intellectual property breathes new life into the construction of beautiful rural areas.
Upon entering Jinshantun village, visitors are greeted by classic characters from the Ne Zha 2 film depicted on the walls: Nezha stands proudly on his wind-fire wheels, Aobing nobly wields the dragon-ice hammer, and the Dragon King soars through the clouds with majestic grandeur. This artistic scene combines tradition and innovation, enriching the village with a vibrant cultural tapestry. (Edited by Xie Zhenzhen)
