In Yandianlou town – located in Caoxian county, in East China's Shandong province – the Party committee and local government have introduced innovative measures to strengthen community foundations, boost organizational cohesion and drive local development.

A key focus has been building a dynamic Party membership. This year, 26 new members have joined, with 61.5 percent under the age of 35 – bringing with them fresh perspectives and energy.

Additionally, 116 active candidates are undergoing training, ensuring a strong talent pipeline for Party branches across the town.

To boost the local economy, Yandianlou town is advancing the initiatives to revitalize its villages. A new steel-structure revitalization workshop spanning 2,368 square meters has been constructed in Yinhangzhuang village, creating jobs and increasing incomes.

The project has increased the collective income of 17 previously underdeveloped villages to over 100,000 yuan ($13,699) annually.

"The new workshop has brought jobs closer to home, improving our incomes and quality of life. It's a real benefit for us," said local resident Han Luxi.
