Local mediation committees are established in all administrative villages and key businesses, ensuring disputes are handled quickly. These committees, now numbering 223, maintain a 98 percent success rate in resolving conflicts, easing the burden on local governance.

Additionally, the town has bolstered legal services by appointing a legal advisor and creating a legal aid office. Regular legal consultations and workshops in villages have raised public awareness and empowered residents to resolve issues through legal means.

Psychological support has also become a key focus. Four mental health service stations have been set up, offering counseling to address community concerns. Regular programs like stress management and legal education are broadcast via local platforms, strengthening community resilience.

To support youth development, Zhuangzhai has launched initiatives to teach moral values and life skills. Regular sessions and family visits ensure students grow up in a healthy environment.

These efforts highlight Zhuangzhai's commitment to improving governance and fostering a safer, more harmonious community.
