Caoxian county in East China's Shandong province has been focusing on safety while optimizing its business environment to drive economic growth.

By exploring new service approaches, the county has revitalized grassroots governance and created a strong foundation for high-quality development.

Guyingji town in Caoxian has integrated safety production into its overall development strategy, creating an innovative safety governance model that involves the local government, businesses, and the community.

Regular safety inspections help identify and address potential risks, ensuring that no issue is overlooked. The town also raises safety awareness through campaigns and drills to give residents the skills to protect themselves and others.

Caoxian has also worked to improve its business environment, recognizing its critical role in fostering economic growth. Through innovative measures, the county has reduced burdens on businesses, unlocking new opportunities. In addition, Guyingji town has launched new government service models, such as a conflict resolution center and public service hubs, which streamline processes. These initiatives ensure businesses and residents receive timely support.
