Louzhuang town in Caoxian county is driving economic growth by fostering a business-friendly environment. With a focus on stability and quality improvement, the town has created a supportive ecosystem for local enterprises, especially in wood processing and furniture.

One success story is Zhang Changwei from Daizhuang village. After graduating in 2018 and working outside Caoxian, Zhang returned in 2019, inspired by the town's business-friendly policies. He established Shandong Jianfengli Furnishings Co Ltd, achieving annual revenues of 18 million yuan ($2.47 million). By 2021, Zhang added Shandong Shunhang Furnishings Co Ltd for a combined revenue exceeding 60 million yuan by 2022.

These businesses have created over 120 local jobs and inspired 48 households to start their own companies, advancing Louzhuang's furniture industry towards precision, scalability, and digital innovation.

"Government support has been crucial. From land allocation to digital transformation guidance, their help has fueled our growth. Today, 'Jianfengli' is thriving and self-sustaining," Zhang said.
