County in Shandong empowers business association for rural vitalization
Caoxian county in East China's Shandong province has been prioritizing industry development by establishing business associations that serve as platforms for information exchange, collaboration, and resource sharing.
To address challenges faced by local businesses, the Party committee of Guyingji town has worked closely with its business association to establish a "business association + government + industrial value chain + digitalization" model.
This innovative approach has helped traditional industries incorporate digital technologies. For instance, Jinqi Technology and Jackyun co-developed a production and sales management system, boosting order processing efficiency sevenfold.

The business association has also played a key role in rural vitalization through the "Hundred Enterprises Helping Hundred Villages" initiative. This program connects businesses with economically disadvantaged villages, supporting industrial development, infrastructure, and job creation.
To date, 15 businesses have partnered with local villages, providing 760 jobs and increasing annual incomes by 30,000 yuan ($4,120) per employee. These efforts have significantly raised village revenues and improved infrastructure.
