Wang Dongwei, district head of Shandong's Juvenile Detention Center, recently led a lecture on preventing juvenile crime for over 600 students at Furi Middle School in Gaomi, Weifang. Following the session, students took an oath to uphold their commitment to preventing bullying and crime. Wang used real-life cases to explain campus bullying, its dangers, and prevention strategies, urging students to act responsibly and respect the law.
