Lu cuisine culinary exchange kicks off in Gaomi
Gaomi's First Lu Cuisine Culinary Exchange, along with the Second Citywide Staff Culinary and Service Skills Competition and the Third Gaomi Red Sorghum Cultural Food Carnival, was held at the Fengdu International Hotel in Gaomi city, Shandong, on Dec 9.

The event featured six competition categories, including hot dishes, cold dishes, and themed banquets. Over 100 chefs and service professionals from across Shandong participated, showing off their skills in both cooking and service.
The atmosphere buzzed with energy as contestants displayed their culinary and service expertise. In the culinary competition, participants impressed judges with their knife skills, cold dish designs, heat control, and creativity. In the service competition, hotel staff demonstrated their proficiency in service procedures, etiquette, and emergency response, as well as setting tables for banquets. (Edited by Lin Li)
