Dong'e county in Liaocheng, Shandong province is committed to assisting enterprises in overcoming difficulties through high-quality services, actively implementing policies to benefit businesses, and striving to create a transparent, fair, and efficient environment for government legal services.
To enhance institutional development, the county has issued documents such as the "Dong'e County Administrative Normative Document Suggestion Review and Handling Measures", developed matchmaking programs for industry value chains and legal services, and set up industrial value chain legal service workstations. To date, over 1,000 issues have been resolved for key industry value chains such as biomedicine, high-end equipment manufacturing, and new building materials, with a 100 percent satisfaction rate among enterprises.
In order to offer the public the best legal services possible, the county is actively exploring new models, such as streamlining notarization processes for enterprises, providing convenient notarization services for trustworthy entities, and advancing the construction of a "city without certificates".
Moreover, Dong'e is furthering its mantra of "Ruled by Law" by establishing a legal consultation expert committee. They play a role in enterprise decision-making consultations, project justifications, and case consultations to address the practical legal needs of businesses.
Dong'e Ejiao Group and Ejiao Industry Association have established Ejiao brand protection and prosecution service stations, where intellectual property case teams provide legal knowledge and offer tailored legal assistance. Furthermore, a comprehensive intellectual property protection chain is in the works. (Edited by Li Weiwei)
