Shandong's county facilitates one-stop processing of enterprise info changes

To provide businesses with more efficient information change services, Dong'e county in Shandong's Liaocheng has streamlined the previous multi-step process into a single-step process through departmental data sharing.

To support this reform, Dong'e has developed an intelligent declaration service. When a company applies for registration changes on the online platform, the platform intelligently matches related items based on the company's registration change content and shares the declaration and result information with relevant departments such as public security, social security, and taxation, eliminating the need for duplicate applications.

Building on this, the one-stop processing of enterprise information changes has also been realized. The county has established a comprehensive acceptance office to facilitate the centralized processing of enterprise information changes.

Companies can apply for one-stop processing of enterprise information changes online or in-person. For in-person applications, personnel will help with online processing, avoiding issues such as multiple trips for businesses and the public, the need to submit repetitive documents, and long processing times.

Since its implementation, Dong'e has processed a total of 1,179 cases of enterprise information changes, further enhancing business participation and supporting high-quality business development. (Edited by Li Weiwei)
