This year, the Binzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone (Binzhou ETDZ), Shandong province, has explored new ways to innovate service measures that will reform approvals. The zone's administrative approval service bureau has promoted government service reform and streamlined government services for businesses and the general public.

It has established a comprehensive online service platform which utilizes online resources such as the one-stop platform for business registration, the Aishandong mobile app, and government service websites. The zone has created online comprehensive service platforms integrating policy consultation, business applications, progress inquiries, and more. This has enabled fully electronic operations from application to completion, significantly improving work efficiency and service quality. To date, over 18,700 business transactions have been processed online.

The Binzhou ETDZ has further clarified service standards, responsibilities, and service methods to improve government affairs. By establishing seamless and efficient business circulation mechanisms for receiving, accepting, transferring, and issuing documents, it has enhanced overall online and offline government service capabilities. Local statistics show that over 58,000 government service matters have been handled so far.

Additionally, the zone has organized regular joint training activities to provide professional guidance to frontline staff, ensuring their mastery of new policies to better serve businesses and the public.

In the next phase, the Binzhou ETDZ will continue to focus on the pragmatic needs of businesses and the public, and continuously deepen government service reform. (Edited by Xie Zhenzhen)
