This area serves as a model under Linshu county's rural vitalization projects, covering 39.7 square kilometers and benefiting 29,000 residents across 12 smaller surrounding villages.

Through the revitalization of 1,460 hectares of farmland and the construction of more than ten development projects, Shawo village has established a joint company that acquires idle residential land and undertakes cultural and creative projects.

These efforts have given rise to three distinctive tourism routes of golden beech and chestnut forests, willow weaving, and a large flower field, each driving the development of local culture and natural beauty.

To support ongoing development, professional teams manage key resources, including a 133-hectare chestnut orchard, 14 refurbished courtyards, and a former school site.

Facilities like a comprehensive public service center have been built with a focus on public benefit. New attractions, such as an activity center for youth and a café, are anticipated to generate annual revenues of 100 million yuan ($13.81 million), fueling sustainable growth for the region.
