Dutch experts visit Dezhou for horticultural exchange
Two renowned technical advisors from the Netherlands, John Wester and Cornelis van Paasen from KP Holland, a prestigious breeder and flourishing plant grower, recently visited the Dezhou Shijifeng Horticultural Technology Innovation Base in Pingyuan county of Dezhou in East China's Shandong province for an exchange program.
During their visit, the two experts learned about the company's seed breeding conditions and development plans.
They paid an on-site visit to the aseptic culture room and tissue culture workshop, engaging in discussions and exploring the possibility of expanding multiple aseptic culture rooms to meet overseas seedling export standards through tissue culture technology. They also provided technical guidance on workshop layout. Both parties expressed their commitment to strengthening cooperation to solidify the outcomes of the visit.
Following the meeting, they visited the Three Kingdoms Cultural Square in Pingyuan county, where they learned about the legendary story of the Three Kingdom and showed a keen interest in Chinese history and traditional culture. (Edited by Yang Yingxue)
