This rider hospital is part of an eye hospital that offers free eye examination packages and discounts on eyeglass frames for riders and their families. Additionally, the hospital has set up a food delivery pickup point in the lobby to improve delivery efficiency.
It has also provided a shared medical kit for riders, offering emergency supplies like eye drops, iodine, and band-aids for free.
Furthermore, the hospital has established a rider rest area on the second floor, providing services such as resting spots, cooling or warming areas, water, and hot meals for riders.
During the unveiling ceremony, a psychologist offered public welfare consultations on mental health for the riders and offered online assessment services. An eye doctor also delivered lectures on eye health to the riders. Subsequently, the hospital provided free vision, eye pressure, and specialized eye examinations for participating riders.
"While working busy hours, it's important to care for oneself, and maintain a healthy mindset and body," said one express delivery rider.
