Binzhou economic and tech zone makes key tasks more efficient

To cater to the needs of enterprises and the public, the Binzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone in Shandong province is striving to deepen internet-empowered government services, promote smart models, further optimize the business environment, and boost high-quality development across the region.

The zone is improving its business environment by enhancing its work mechanisms, strengthening organizational leadership, and completing tasks efficiently. It has formed special work teams, implemented detailed measures for key tasks, and strengthened departmental coordination. The zone is establishing a "1+3+N" approval mechanism, where each task is lead by a designated department, ensuring coordinated "front-end acceptance, back-end approval, unified issuance" through the collaboration of multiple departments.

Service efficiency is also being enhanced. First, the zone enhances the integration of online services, with 654 items in multiple types being available. Second, a customized end-to-end, all-element integrated service model is developed for key enterprise projects, from project approval to deregistration and exit. Third, it unifies approval for similar tasks.

Focusing on innovative services, the zone is set to stimulate market vitality. It has carried out "mobile app-based, online, and cloud-assisted" services. Also, the zone optimizes an "online application plus offline mailing" one-stop model. Plus, it is logging issues by deployed a dedicated follow-up team to record the opinions and suggestions of companies and the public.
