In Liliangpo village, Laiwu district, Jinan, the Shine Muscat grape harvest season is witnessing a remarkable increase in sales.
The village has established a 12-mu (0.8 hectares) grape picking garden to master planting techniques. Huang Xinjian, head of the picking garden, has led several trips to learn about cultivation practices. Today, the grape vines in the garden are robust, yielding exceptionally pleasing grapes.
The Shine Muscat grapes in Liliangpo village are not only visually appealing but also boast a sweet flavor. To ensure the grapes sell well, the village mobilized officials to promote the grape picking garden through live streams and short videos, bringing even more attention to the delectable fruit.
"The grapes are about to sell out, so we are considering planting some intercropping crops. To reap more profits from the land, we must use our brains," Huang said. (Edited by Li Weiwei)
