This year, over 60,000 pots of chrysanthemums will be showcased, spanning nine distinct types, from bonsai and cliff chrysanthemums to large-standing and potted displays. The exhibition is organized into four themed zones – East, South, North, and Central – each offering visitors a unique and immersive floral experience.

In the East Zone, guests will find intricately arranged chrysanthemum landscapes, designed to highlight Jinan's rich cultural heritage. The South Zone adds a celebratory note for the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, with features like a striking peacock made entirely of chrysanthemums. Meanwhile, the North Zone offers a tiered display of cliff chrysanthemums and cascading flowers set against natural elements, creating a vivid, multi-layered effect. In the Central Zone, rare chrysanthemum varieties are displayed in an array of colors, drawing attention from thousands of people.

Adding to the event's appeal, a ''Chrysanthemum Fairy'' parade will be held on Oct 26 and Nov 2, inviting hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing) enthusiasts to join in chrysanthemum-inspired attire. This annual exhibition promises to be an unforgettable autumn experience for all.
