Caoxian county – located in East China's Shandong province – has prioritized improving living conditions for its residents in recent years by effectively utilizing national housing policies and accelerating the construction of relocation housing.

The Wanghe relocation housing project, part of the initiative, follows a planning structure of "one core, two axes, and multiple areas".

This approach is said to ensure both quality and efficiency – allowing timely completion and fulfilling residents' dreams of stable housing.

"The Wanghe project spans 101,000 square meters and includes 21 residential buildings and a kindergarten, accommodating 592 households and around 2,000 residents," said Wu Zhenliang, general manager of Hong'an Construction Co Ltd.

"The main construction for all buildings and the kindergarten is complete, with the structures fully capped," Wu added.

The project's landscape features communal green spaces and public open areas, creating an integrated environment with well-defined spaces.

"We ensure strict quality control for all materials used in our construction. Each one must pass testing before entering the site and acceptance checks are conducted according to the plans," Wu added.

Overall, Caoxian county continues to treat the construction of relocation housing as a key project for enhancing the livelihoods of its folks.

Through meticulous organization and strong advancement measures, the county aims to speed up construction while ensuring quality – enabling residents from redevelopment areas to return home to realize their dreams of stable housing as soon as possible. (Edited by Zhang Ying)
