Delivering tailored services to enterprises

Since the beginning of this year, to advance the implementation of key projects, the Binzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone in Shandong province has been providing proactive and precise services to effectively implement policies that benefit enterprises.

The zone's special team that offers tailored services for enterprises recently visited Binzhou Zhonghai Urban Investment Development Group Co Ltd.

Using the company's Yellow River Delta Industry-Education Integration Vocational Training Base project as an example, the team coordinated with the project leader on issues such as the joint installation of water, electricity, gas, heating, internet, road access, and the off-site construction of air-raid shelters.  

Specifically, team members thoroughly reviewed the progress of project approval procedures and compiled a list of issues. The assistance personnel also provided on-site explanations of the entire process for applying for relevant policies and approvals and delivered project-specific flowcharts, lists of required materials, and beneficial policies to the enterprise.

"We were just worried about these issues, and your proactive service came right on time. You explained everything in advance and personally informed us of the policies, clarifying our doubts and providing direction in the handling of these procedures," said the project leader surnamed Lin.

Moving forward, the zone will continue to optimize service methods, effectively addressing the urgent and complex issues faced by enterprises and the public. It aims to build a "bridge of connection" to serve enterprises and the public, fully committed to promoting the implementation, operation, and effectiveness of projects. (Edited by Xie Zhenzhen)
