On the autumn equinox, known as Qiufen on the Chinese lunar calendar, Guanxian county in Liaocheng, Shandong province, invited a group of expats to enjoy the bumper harvest season, and explore the county's lingzhi (glossy ganoderma) culture.

The autumn equinox, one of the 24 solar terms in traditional Chinese culture, is when crops ripen and harvest season begins. People celebrate the arrival of a bountiful harvest and express gratitude to the earth and the hard-working farmers.

On the special day, expats gathered to experience the charm of Chinese agriculture, listen to the stories of lingzhi, appreciate the diverse agricultural features of Guanxian county, and enjoy the tranquility and beauty of autumn. (Edited by Xie Zhenzhen)
