Expats explore charm of Chinese martial arts in Guanxian

A group of expats recently visited Guanxian county, Shandong province, and experienced a local chaquan performance, giving them a taste of the art form's unique charm.

Chaquan is an intangible cultural heritage item of Shandong province, originating in Guanxian county during the Tang Dynasty (618-907). Martial arts culture was introduced to the expats by the staff, and martial artist Sha Zongchao interacted with them on-site, exchanging insights.
