Innovative CBD community governance model applied in Shandong district

Shenglijie community in Kuiwen district, Weifang has blazed a trail of CBD community governance in Shandong province, benefiting enterprises, residents and communities alike.
Completed in 2022, the community has been following the lead of the Communist Party of China and focusing on the development of services, diversity and cross-industry practices. As of now, the community has established nine business buildings housing more than 3,000 enterprises.
A "community micro business" is a comprehensive employment and entrepreneurship guidance service for all kinds of employment groups in society, offering them customized advice. Shenglijie community operated such a service, constantly improving the employment supply and demand matching system, building 16 stands for micro business experiences, and providing job training for unemployed people, helping to ensure people's livelihoods in the community.
Shenglijie community is using innovative approaches to drive growth. It has brought in experts from various industries, including business operations, cross-border e-commerce, and property management, to participate in managing the district's operations. The community is also adopting modern, cross-industry strategies like live streaming and cultural and creative initiatives to foster the development of both its economy and culture. (Edited by Fu Qi)
