As the golden autumn season unfolds, residents of Lingcheng district, Dezhou city, celebrated the Mid-Autumn Festival with a fervor for tradition. The festival, known for its mooncakes and lanterns, was marked by a series of cultural activities that showcased the rich heritage of China.
Local residents engaged in the time-honored tradition of making mooncakes. From kneading the dough to crafting intricate patterns, each mooncake was a labor of love that symbolized family reunion and prosperity. Besides being a delicious treat, mooncakes hold deep cultural significance that connect generations through shared traditions.
