Hedong expands employee housing
Hedong district, Linyi city, Shandong province has recently completed its first batch of apartments for employees as part of solving housing issues and creating a better environment for top talent.
Selection for employee housing is made on the basis of degree completed starting from doctorate, master's, and then to undergraduate degrees picking last. The process included streamlined signing and move-in procedures.

The 16 talent apartments in the district come fully furnished with essentials such as beds, wardrobes, desks, and air conditioning, allowing residents to move in with ease. They offer a three-year rent-free policy, with rental fees for the fourth to sixth years set at 30 percent, 50 percent, and 100 percent of market rates, respectively.
Hedong district is also working to establish a green channel for talent services, speed up the construction for more employee housing, and enhance management and property services to provide a superior living environment for young professionals. (Edited by Lin Li)
