To better the business environment and cater to the needs of businesses and the public, Kuiwen district in Weifang, Shandong province has established a dedicated live broadcasting studio for government use. This initiative serves as a comprehensive platform for government-citizen interaction, while delivering accessible and tailored high-quality government services.

The government live broadcasting studio offers tailored live-streaming services for online users by answering questions and providing insights. It has emerged as a pivotal platform for the government to disseminate information transparently, and has driven the evolution of government services from being merely convenient toward adding real value.

In preparation for successful live broadcasts, Kuiwen district handpicked 44 young, talented individuals with strong business acumen and exceptional communication skills from various district departments and units. This team, known as the "government anchor team", underwent thorough training, guidance, and coaching.

Moreover, content for the live broadcasts has been meticulously curated. Any unresolved issues during the live sessions are promptly documented, with dedicated personnel assigned to verify and rectify them within stipulated timelines. These concerted efforts aim to elevate public and business satisfaction levels and foster a sense of accomplishment.

Since the inception of live broadcasts earlier this year, seven departments have collectively conducted 48 live sessions that have attracted over 46,000 viewers to engage, interact, and participate in the live streams. (Edited by Du Xiaping)
