The Binzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone in Binzhou city, Shandong province, has had a year of creating a high-quality, efficient business environment. They've done so by focusing on innovative approval processes, assessing precise needs through targeted visits, and expanding service channels to stimulate market vitality and innovation.

The Administration Approval Service Bureau of the development zone introduced an innovative initiative by establishing a service model that gives priority services to local enterprises as well as a green approval channel to provide personalized services to companies. This year, they processed more than 60 documents for projects such as Binhe Dexinfu by Shandong Binhe Real Estate Co Ltd, saving approximately two months compared with conventional procedures.

By promoting problem-solving in accordance with laws and regulations and adopting a tailored approach for each enterprise, the service bureau facilitated high-quality development for businesses. This year, they visited over 40 companies to provide consultation, guidance, and resolve 46 issues.

The zone has also set high standards for an online service area. An online service platform provides a full array of cloud-based services covering assistance, sharing, and approval so that businesses and the public can handle approval matters online.

Additionally, for individuals with mobility challenges such as the elderly or disabled, they have introduced door-to-door services where a professional assistance team proactively visits to ensure comprehensive government services are accessible to all.
