Gaomi's red sorghum liquor aromas reach Nanjing University

The launch ceremony of the 18th UN China Study Programme recently kicked off at Nanjing University, with alumnus Jiao Xujie, president of Huilongyin (Gaomi) Liquor Co, participating in a liquor culture tasting event and speaking at the reception.

Gaomi native and Nanjing University graduate Jiao returned home to start the liquor company, driven by a desire to reconnect with her roots as well as Gaomi's talent initiatives. She utilized the region's rich red sorghum culture and local traditions, registering the trademarks "Fenglianghong" and "Huilongyin".

Huilongyin (Gaomi) Liquor Co produces its red sorghum liquor using high-quality red sorghum and stainless-steel equipment for every step of the process, ensuring high safety and quality standards. The liquor is known for its advanced technology, unique brewing techniques, clean taste, and rich flavor.

In addition to boosting the local economy and creating jobs, it helps to promote Gaomi's red sorghum culture. The company is now recognized as a tech-based enterprise in Shandong.
