This year, the Binzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone (Binzhou ETDZ) in Shandong has set standards for business and public satisfaction and enhanced work efficiency, aiming to create a convenient and efficient government service environment.

The local administrative examination and approval bureau has continued to promote fast approval with strong guarantees for enterprises. By implementing measures such as early intervention, parallel approval processes, and assistance in handling procedures, the local government has optimized and streamlined the approval process, meeting the demands of businesses.

By consolidating over 10 approval items into a single issuance, the zone's administrative examination and approval bureau has effectively reduced business costs and boosted construction progress on projects.

To date, the administrative examination and approval bureau has provided full-process one-on-one assistance for 35 key projects in provinces, cities, and districts, and processed approval procedures for 251 projects.

Additionally, the local administrative examination and approval bureau has beefed up efforts to promote pre-approval for enhanced efficiency.

Relying on smart technologies, the local government has offered cloud-based solutions for local enterprises. This year, a total of 2,616 online consultations and guidance services have been provided to businesses, helping them gather the necessary materials as efficiently as possible to save on back-and-forth costs. A smart government comprehensive center has also been built to explore online intelligent pre-filling, intelligent pre-review, and 24-hour intelligent customer services to strengthen interaction between the government and the public, enhancing the level of smart government services and improving the quality and efficiency of approval services. (Edited by Xie Zhenzhen)
