Booming culture, tourism inject new vigor into Shandong

Ningjin county, a national-level culturally advanced county in Dezhou city, Shandong province, is famous for its acrobatic folk art and cricket culture. In recent years, the county has integrated culture and tourism to create a vibrant recreation and wellness industry.

To strengthen its cultural and tourism ecology, Ningjin has developed four high-quality tourism routes based on its rich resources. It has also diversified its tourism products to suit different seasons.

Ningjin also hosts various cultural and tourism events such as the large acrobatic show "Legend of the Great Sword", the Intangible Cultural Heritage Festival, the Cricket Culture Festival, the Gourmet Festival, the Pear Blossom Festival, the Peony Festival, and the Ice and Snow Festival throughout the year.
