Artist brings clay alive
Artist Huang Yong is captivating audiences with his lifelike clay sculptures in Feixian county, Linyi city, in East China's Shandong province.
Huang's love for sculpting clay began in 2004 and he spent four years studying the art in Beijing before returning to Shandong province.
In 2012, he established his own studio in Feixian county and participated in various exhibitions, including a big clay sculpture show called Yizhou Mansion.

With almost 20 years of experience, Huang has become a well-known name in his field. He has been able to bring clay to life with his exceptional craftsmanship and creativity.
Feixian clay sculptures combine elements of clay sculpture, oil painting and caricature to create simple yet lively figures.

Looking ahead, Huang hopes to use his artwork to showcase the rich history and culture of the region and promote traditional Chinese culture.
