Binzhou city development zone boosts approvals services

The Examination and Approval Center in the Binzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone – located in Binzhou city in East China's Shandong province – has acted to improve the area's business environment and is said to be working hard to provide great services for businesses and entrepreneurs.

As part of the initiative, the center has optimized its services by setting up admin windows in the development zone's administrative services hall.

In the Examination and Approval Hall of the Bohai Advanced Technology Research Institute, it introduced innovative guidance models – combining traditional manual guidance with intelligent guidance through the "Bohai Guide" smart navigation system.

The system provides services such as intelligent navigation in the hall, business inquiries, guidance for completing tasks and policy reviews.

Furthermore, the center also enhanced its self-service options by adopting an "Internet Administrative Services" approach. This makes it convenient for businesses and the public to handle their affairs all the time, similar to online shopping.

A one-stop approvals process was implemented to provide much more convenient services. Tailored assistance is provided to businesses and the public to ensure a streamlined experience.

Online assistance is also available through the online platform, encouraging the public to complete their approval tasks online.

Additionally, the center will conduct targeted visits and research for key construction projects, aiming to effectively solve any difficulties faced by businesses. Regular talks will also be held to establish an effective mechanism to serve enterprises. (Edited by Jin Yongxue)
