Highlighting the importance of greater prosperity among women of working age, Lanling county in Linyi city, East China's Shandong province, has conducted a raft of measures to help them realize their entrepreneurial dreams and gain employment.

For women-oriented enterprises, Lanling county has conducted a raft of measures, such as holding innovation and entrepreneurship competitions, providing financial support and promoting scientific teams to settle in the area, thus bolstering their high-quality development.

For women undergraduates, Lanling county has leveraged its local entrepreneurship and employment incubation base to conduct skills improvement training for them. It also cooperates with Qufu Normal University to establish an entrepreneurship and innovation practice base.

The county has also set special refunds for women undergraduates who choose to work in the area, as well as linking high-quality entrepreneurship resources for people in need.

For unemployed women, the county has continued to provide recruitment assistance services to improve their competitiveness.

It has also cultivated 100 "female wealth leaders", 20 outstanding women farmers and helped over 300 e-commerce anchors striving to achieve entrepreneurial goals.

Adapting to local conditions, clothing, hat-making, willow weaving and other industries have been developed there, with local departments giving policy, financing, project coordination and other forms of service support. These characteristic industries have resulted in over 2,000 women gaining jobs. (Edited by Chen Chuxuan)
