In order to ensure the optimal storage of premium grain, digital upgrades have been introduced in grain storage facilities, including the installation of hundreds of sensors in every warehouse.
These sensors transmit real-time data on temperature, humidity and insects to a background system, allowing staff members to monitor grain conditions by the minute.
As a result, the wastage loss from local grain storage has been reduced to less than 1 percent.
Additionally, the implementation of an automatic imperfect particle detector has significantly improved the efficiency of grain inspections in the in-house lab.
In terms of grain purchases, Dingtao has now established a special category for summer grain buying and expanded its warehouse capacity to ensure that summer grain pellets are returned to storage.
The market supervision department has also organized inspections of grain purchasing points to maintain optimal market conditions. (Edited by Jin Yongxue)
